About Michael Nadeau

Michael is a strategic, business-driven technology leader with deep expertise across private markets, public markets, and alternatives. He has a proven track record of driving transformation and innovation through AI, data, and cloud technologies. Michael is currently Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD & R). Previously, Michael served as CIO of Oaktree Capital, where he led global technology from 2018 onward. Before that, he was Global CTO at Pioneer Investments and then Deputy Global CIO of Amundi, following Amundi’s acquisition of Pioneer. Earlier in his career, he spent 14 years at Wellington Management in IT leadership roles, where he was named Associate Partner. Michael recently completed a six-year term on the Advisory Board of Changeist as he moved back to the East Coast from Los Angeles.
