ABOUT MIKE MORLEY

Helping Organizations Close the Gap Between What’s Possible and What’s Real:I focus on helping organizations solve complex, real-world challenges by building and supporting teams of smart, practical people who create reliable, outcome-driven technology solutions.I’m passionate about augmenting human potential through technology—particularly by unlocking the knowledge trapped in unstructured data like files, documents, and fragmented organizational silos. My work centers on creating systems that apply AI and graph-based approaches to make this knowledge accessible and actionable. With a background in Geological Engineering, I’ve spent over 25 years delivering data-driven insights and solutions across the Environmental, Financial, AEC, Mining, and Energy sectors. In 2016, I co-founded Menome Technologies to help organizations break down data silos and extract insight using knowledge graphs and machine learning. Menome was acquired by Arcurve in 2020, where I continued to contribute in an advisory capacity. Now at Neo4j, I remain focused on closing the gap between what AI makes possible and what organizations can truly implement—what martial artists call Chum Kiu, the Wing Chun principle of “bridging the gap” to bring power and purpose to contact. I help customers harness graph technology to bring their most valuable knowledge into action.
