About Michael Mirabelli

I have had the opportunity in my career to have many valuable experiences on EPC projects, both on the technical as well as project management side. I have continued to take on more challenging project management roles on each subsequent project which has allowed me the opportunity to focus on implementing lessons learned and the continuous improvement process. In addition, during my career, I have had the opportunity to follow many projects from FEED through final completion, managing various job sites throughout fabrication/construction and start-up as needed. These experiences were important as they gave me the opportunity to manage various teams. I feel that it is the unique mix of assignments, coupled with my Civil Engineering and MBA degrees, that has shaped my management style and my ability to communicate with and among all groups associated with project execution. It is my desire to continue to expand on these work experiences, and to utilize the knowledge gained through my MBA coursework and PMP certification, to continue to take on more challenging roles.
