I’ve been involved in the presales and sales business for 20+ years and working specifically with SAP since 2017 making sure quality service is delivered from both the client’s side as well as for NTT DATA. This means working with our Sales Team, Delivery, and Operations to provide the right resources, communicate clearly, and deliver statements of work to best position NTT DATA to our clients. I also hold myself to be accountable to build relationships with the decision makers of clients and prospects, providing on-site sales support, and conducting internal operational initiatives. Over my time by working with multiple different industries and within multiple facets of the companies I’ve worked for, I feel I am uniquely qualified to understand the business needs for our clients and propose solutions that will not only help the client’s business but earn their trust as a partner to build that long-term working relationship with NTT DATA. Through transparent communication and a positive attitude, I’m confident in continuing that strong relationship.
