I currently lead ConsultNV Group, where I advise organizations on supply chain technology, systems integration, and operational performance across complex, multi-site environments.My work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and operations, helping organizations translate complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions. I’ve led and supported large-scale initiatives across WMS, ERP, and TMS platforms, partnering closely with operations, IT, and engineering teams to deliver measurable results.Across this work, I’ve consistently seen a gap between the data organizations have and the decisions they’re able to make.
