Initial work on the management and delivery (outside of government) of the first assured VPC Functional Data Platform (an innovative Siemens Insights Azure IoT integrated data lake solution) to move RR engineering off legacy mainframe. This was a multi-vendor infrastructure, devops and migration agile driven project. Successful delivery of Proof-of-Concept.Successful leadership and delivery of a global Teamcenter upgrade across the software development lifecycle (servers and clients) working with internal IT and business staff (US and UK), and multiple supplier partners - successfully deliveredPM Lead managing the analysis, data mapping and overall delivery of a defence engine migration project to replace obsolescent central mainframe systems used by NETMA/Eurojet consortium with new Teamcenter capability for engine lifecycle management.
