Responsible for Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Requirements Management, Design, Development, Testing, Release, Problem, Change and Code Management for the iFast suite of applications. The iFast suite is used globally by 325+ firms to manage $6T in fund assets. In 2020, tasked with a mandate to rapidly migrate 200+ FTE from 2 India-based System Integrators to an in-house offshore captive organization. This covered the Engineering functions of Business Analysis, Development, Testing and DevOps. The was largely completed in 18 months during the COVID lockdown with no negative effect on quality or delivery throughputDuring this re-organization, delivered on a move from Waterfall Delivery to Agile Delivery. Moved from functional silo-based pure waterfall using classic Project Management to a 100% team-based Agile modelDelivering a continuous mandate to cut code quality issues. Versus a pre-2014 baseline, met and kept a 90% target reduction in defects following major releases to effort days; 5 times per year). Defect rates average 1.5 defects per days of effort Active in incorporating the new LLM/AI capabilities into the Engineering process. Deployed an internal Llama model that generates Agile epics, stories and test cases from requirement specifications. Delivered a security chatbot to provide self-service for client questions on specific security standards and policies deployed in the iFast application suite
