Over my career, I’ve launched and reimagined brands, scaled businesses globally, fostered strong retailer and distributor relationships across specialty and big-box retail, and led high-performing teams to achieve consistent success. My expertise spans brick-and-mortar retail, distributor networks, direct-to-consumer sales, and major online marketplaces like Amazon, with a proven ability to optimize the customer journey to increase engagement, loyalty, and conversion. My passion lies in building brands that matter, creating innovative products, designing impactful sales and marketing strategies, and turning ideas into tangible results that deliver value for customers, partners, and the businesses I lead. Today, I’m CEO of Mountain Wild, where we turn sustainably sourced wild elk and deer trimmings into high-value, all-natural nutrition for dogs. These trimmings are responsibly sourced from wild game processors and would otherwise end up in landfills. In a massive and crowded dog nutrition industry, we’ve carved out a truly unique space by transforming what was once discarded into purposeful nutrition while setting new standards for health and sustainability. This entrepreneurial journey combines my love for brand building, product innovation, and mission-driven business.
