   Responsible for the strategic technical direction and tactical implementation of NaluPay (a consumer facing point of sales green field financial lending product) as well as all back end servicing systems for BHG Financial including the migration from a home built lending system to Nortridge Loan Servicing. More specific responsibilities include leading a 5-team effort made up of internal team members as well as onshore and offshore contractors to develop, productionalize, deploy, and support a modern financial system. Integrations include both legacy on premises production systems as well as modern API and event-based cloud systems. Additionally responsible for devops and testing team members to promote a CI\\CD culture with high expectations for monitoring, logging, and quality.
