   Responsible for a team of 30 project managers and engineers supporting all IT Infrastructure projects for NextEra subsidiaries around North America, the development of new utility scale Wind/Solar/Battery plants, telecommunication projects (fiber builds, microwave, cellular, satellite), and all Mergers and Acquisitions due diligence through integration. Personally managed the IT infrastructure pandemic response portfolio for new technologies/processes as a response to the COVID epidemic. Managed all IT Infrastructure work streams for the $6.5B acquisition of Gulf Power. Responsible for all Network, Radio, Grid Control, SCADA, End-User, Server and Storage, as well as Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) work streams for all acquisitions. Leading all IT activity for a $1B start-up in the Transmission field, including the development of control centers, substations, and the new corporate headquarters. Managed 12 concurrent acquisitions in various fields software, insurance, transmission, etc. Responsible for all telecommunication and infrastructure projects for the development of all new Wind, Solar, and Battery storage plants across the USA and Canada. Maintain all VP and senior leadership relationships to various subsidiaries and business units in support of the IT Infrastructure projects portfolio. Led the development of a Private LTE network in remote wind farms to provide communications up-tower, where cellular communications are unavailable. Responsible for projects covering data center upgrades, circuit/network/firewall upgrades, microwave communications, SDWan, Video broadcast solutions, turret system replacement, network extension to new offices/companies, and the participation in developing new business processes for emerging areas. Manage projects in JIRA, utilize Confluence for development and communication of metrics via Dashboard, developed a Playbook to standardize acquisition activities and ensure greatest level of efficiency and compliances.
