   Following an L&D realignment, I assumed responsibility for PwC’s mandatory Assurance learning, with accountability for delivery, coordination, and alignment across Assurance, the National Office, and broader L&D teams. I lead a 30-person team of L&D professionals responsible for delivering just under learning hours in 2025.My current responsibilities and achievements include- Serving as the primary L&D point of contact to the Assurance National Office, partnering on cross-Assurance learning priorities and mandatory learning delivery for US professionals across five Acceleration Centers- Leading the redesign of Assurance Start, pioneering the integration of AI and human skills to support Associate readiness, judgment, and collaboration from day one- Partnering with Assurance, PwC National Office and L&D leadership to define and communicate mandatory learning expectations, building alignment on hours, scope, and implications through clear, consistent messaging- Co-leading the L&D AI Community, supporting a network of 100+ learning professionals focused on responsible AI use, shared practices, and applied experimentation in learning.
