I am a seasoned and driven professional with 10+ years of legal experience in managing civil litigation cases, providing legal assistance, and handling legal and business affairs for a full-service law firm.Starting as an Intern Associate with an athlete representation, marketing, and consulting firm, I laid a solid foundation for analyzing contracts and negotiating deals. Passionate about the sports, music, and entertainment industry, I enjoyed handling transactional work to optimize the benefits to my clients while issue spotting and minimizing risks. Two years after I passed the Bar exam in 2010, I joined one of the best litigation and business law firms in Ventura County, California serving corporate, institutional, and individual clients who faced complex and challenging business and litigation disputes. From Junior Associate to Partner, I came a long way gaining profound knowledge and practical skills in representing a wide range of clients and managing high-value litigation cases from inception through to arbitration and trial. Once I became a partner, I had the opportunity to explore the business side of the firm, including assisting with revenue growth, client management, and general operations. I also contributed to guiding legal aspects of the firm’s operations as well as led a team of attorneys to maximize efficiency while ensuring high-quality client services. Throughout my career, I have established a reputation as a committed and hardworking professional skilled in providing comprehensive legal guidance regarding business disputes and litigation matters. At the same time, I have an outstanding capacity to understand the pressure points, strategy, and challenges of the business and can effectively assess the risks and legal issues involved in key decision making. Consistently recognized as one of the top performers, I earned the recognition as the firm’s top biller for three consecutive years, was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020), managed an active caseload of 50+ files, defended hundreds of clients to obtain defense verdicts and drastically reduce inflated demands, and contributed to recovering over $2M on behalf of plaintiff clients in three different actions.
