I design work that works for people.Nothing excites me more than the ongoing process of making systems better: more effective, more efficient, more accessible, and more thoughtfully designed. I have a continuous improvement mindset by nature: I can’t help but notice where things break down, where friction shows up, and where small (or structural) changes could unlock impact.My background is in HR and organizational leadership, but my work has always lived beyond traditional people practices. What motivates me most is high-level strategy and operations: shaping how organizations function, how decisions get made, and how work actually moves through a system. I thrive when I’m connecting vision to execution, especially in environments where things are still being built and refined.I’m particularly drawn to early-stage, mission-driven startups, and I enjoy partnering closely with leaders to design scalable, human-centered ways of working. Systems that support both business outcomes and the people inside them.At the core of my values is accessibility. I believe the world works better when places, systems, and services are intentionally designed so people of all backgrounds can fully participate, access information, and engage in meaningful work. To me, accessibility isn’t just a moral imperative. It’s good strategy and good design.
