Our name is Interactive Design, Inc. The interaction between the customer and the automation integrator is key to the success of every project.*Focusing on Machine Vision Inspections with robotic material handling to include packaging and palletizing. Inspection system for thermal characteristics of molded products. High speed quality and gauging of munitions to sorting of final products per categories.*Robotics for assembly, flexible part feed systems, machine tending, dispensing, taping, and testing.*System integration for medical device packaging from swabs, test tubes, and syringes through thermo forming to final packaging.*Plastic tote assembly from individual components to finished product stacked for transportation.*Pallet inspection CHEP, GMA/White wood top and bottom gauging to include missing and cracked boards to raised nails. Complete turnkey lights out handling of stacks of pallets to be inspected graded and sorted.*Complete system design support from initial customer visit and quote development through design and build of the automation. Factory and site acceptance testing ensuring automation performs as designed.*Packaging and shipping of the automation to the customer site taking care the equipment will arrive in the same condition as on the IDI factory floor. IDI\'s installation and service personnel ensure the automation is back to operating conditions per the FAT standards. The IDI team is always available to assist trouble shoot and provide Preventative Maintenance services for many years of trouble-free operations.
