I am a software quality assurance/test engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in the software industry. I have used a variety of software tools in a variety of development environments, and I am knowledgeable about quality assurance and testing methodologies, as well as the Agile development environment and SCRUM principles. My work philosophy is to utilize all of my experience and skills for the benefit of my team and employer, while ensuring that my customers, both upstream and downstream, always receive quality products, whether that be software, support, documentation, or any other deliverable that may accompany a release. I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of the software testing process, but I am particularly fond of test case automation.
