Responsible for producing original music for the label’s roster.• Ensuring that all rights pertaining to publishing, copyrighting, merchandising, and licensing of all new releases are properly adhered. • Managing all business and administrative aspects of label’s finances. • Responsible for scouting, developing and producing label’s new artists. • Responsible for music placement on major Radio, TV and online sources such as iTunes, Amazon, etc.• Responsible for supervising and organizing new artist releases by setting up in-store appearances, local radio & TV interviews, local newspaper and magazine ads.• In charge of the label’s logistics and marketing strategies. • Currently managing 50+ street-team members to ensure all social networks work accordingly with new releases. • Supervise all designs in relation to label and artists’ image. • Organize artists’ showcases, concerts, music videos and recording sessions.• Ensure major outcome with label merchandise sales through singles, Mix tapes, Albums, apparels, etc. • Responsible for creating Database applications to maintain track of all label/artists’ fan base contact information.
