   Served as the General Manager of the Xfinity Mobile Service portfolio (voice, data, international, value-added service, and promotions), it’s P&L, and drove the evolution of the value proposition and execution of a multi-year product roadmap.Developed and delivered on strategy to drive focus on premium segment, resulting in funding for an offer of larger device subsidy, reduction of overall base churn and 5x increase in premium plan penetration in base with first 12 months. Managed the $3 billion Mobile Service P&L by making prioritization across different value drivers such as promotions, price plan & value prop changes, product roadmaps to support forecasted growth volume, and base management strategies to reduce churn.Exemplified the overall organizational shift towards a product-led culture and general manager model by leading with the vision and value proposition, resulting in a transformation of the customer experience across each touch point with consistent and concise messaging backed by an industry-leading product and unbeatable value. Revamped approach to writing Product Requirement Brief for the Service team to ensure a clear vision on business objectives and customer experience principles while giving individual SME teams flexibility to execute, resulting in new products where the experience drives customer actions that lead back to the business objectives.Created for the Service team a framework to formulate business decisions based on financial trade-offs and strategic implications which empowered more junior product managers to contribute towards the building of product roadmap strategy.
