About Michael Seifert
I always considered myself a problem solver, so I suppose working in healthcare is the perfect career for me. I continually must solve quality, HR, and all types of really tough situations that require me to push myself to learn and manage in new ways.My unusual fascination with online medias and social marketing have become my labour of love, and I can\'t think of anything more fun than showing my 92 or 104 year old friends how they look on YouTube and how people love to hear their story. I tell them my ultimate goal is to make them worldwide You Tube stars by making them a viral video. Their enthusiasm shows me that perspective and attitude are really something you determine yourself. That is undervalued in our industry and I love to point it out. When I\'m asked what I really want to do late in my career, I honestly can never answer. I think that no matter where my career path turns, US Healthcare will keep me busy just holding it together. I\'d love to be part of fixing its worst parts and promoting the best aspects. I\'m always open to learning new fields and introducing people to mine (USC students especially, call me and I\'ll show you what we do in Long-term Care).
