I currently work as a Client Success Manager in the Higher Education Industry. Working alongside college admissions teams across the globe to provide a more holistic approach to the admissions process. I have a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, and a TEFL certification from the University of Toronto. I am passionate about education and cross-cultural communication, and have previous experience as a Team Lead for Client Success supporting thousands of students & families gain admission to their dream university. I have supported students gain acceptances to all Ivy league schoolls, Stanford, NYU, UCL, McGill, UofT, UWaterloo & more. I also have experience as an ESL Instructor and academic program coordinator in Korea. I have sales experience with both inbound and outbound, canvassing and have earned multiple certifications on customer service, diversity, and inclusion from LinkedIn.
