I accelerate Build-to-Rent lease-up for operators through strategic business development, targeted marketing, and industry-first PropTech, underpinned by AI, 3D visualisation, and system automation.Alongside this, I oversee the global fuel quality and contamination vertical at LuminUltra Technologies, scaling the adoption of rapid, on-site microbial fuel testing through an international distribution network serving fuel stakeholders across aviation, marine, power, and industrial sectors.This year will also see the official launch of my HaywoodX sales training platform - delivering proven, high-performance sales systems through both online and in-person programmes.Over 15+ years, I’ve operated commercially across 48 countries, sold seven figures in products and services, and built businesses in complex, regulated environments. I’m fluent in Spanish and work comfortably across international markets.My approach is direct, commercial, and execution-led - focused on outcomes, not activity.
