About me: With over 21 years in the music and events industries, I am an experienced event and festival director, producer, and manager, with a work history both in Texas and around the country. My primary event work experience is with production management, talent buying, site operations management, stage management, vendor management, promoter rep work, and site map / web / social media creation. I am currently working as an independent contractor with several companies, including Frontrunner Productions, LEO Events, Austin Theatre Alliance, Circuit of the Americas, and Mueller Scott Concepts. I am always on the lookout for new and exciting work anywhere in the world, and am available for both short and long term projects as well as full-time work. I am also actively developing two event industry websites: FestivalandEventProduction.com, a free resource of event production guides, vendor listings, contractor profiles, and articles; FestivalForms.com, a web-based portal that ties together all advance form data gathered from artists, vendors, staff, and crew available for festivals to customize and use for a fee.

1. Production Manager - Super Stage & Germania Amphitheater

   Circuit of The Americas

   May 2022 — Present · Austin, TX, US

   As Production Manager for the F1 Super Stage at COTA, I am responsible for- Advancing all of the artists\' production needs- Securing and negotiating with production vendors- Coordinating with AR, Site Ops, and other departments - Bringing on a Production Team- Managing Labor Counts - Managing the Build/Strike Timeline- Ensuring the shows are executed safely, with coordination between security, medical, fire, and law enforcement as neededIn 2025, we returned to the Superstage with Kygo and Garth Brooks as our headliners. Crowds up to came to enjoy our production, and we had a full house at our amphitheater for Turnpike Troubadours. In 2024, the overall event had over attendees (final figures not released yet) with over estimated for Eminem, the top billed act. Sting\'s show the day prior also brought in tens of thousands of fans. In 2023, the overall event had attendees with over estimated each night at the Super Stage. Queen + Adam Lambert and The Killers were the headliners, along with Tiesto over at the amphitheater. In 2022, the overall event had attendees with over estimated each night at the Super Stage. Green Day and Ed Sheeran were the headliners (along with Interpol playing at the Amphitheater after the final race).Additionally, on select Germania Amphitheater dates I will come in as the Production Manager / Promoter Rep.
