The Real Estate Office Change IT Portfolio (REOCIT) is the primary Information Digital Technology (IDT) delivery capability for office-change ventures globally (new office builds, office moves, office expansions, office restacking, etc). REOCIT directly supports the WorkWell visions of Enabling Productivity and Fostering Collaboration by providing secure, reliable and supportable Core IT and Specialist IT systems into Shell’s offices and facilities. The REOCIT portfolio operates as an IT Centre of Excellence for office change ventures. Through driving standardization, using common processes & tools, leveraging and cultivating experienced resources, and rapid sharing and application of lessons learned - and continued evolution - it delivers repeatable high-quality IT solutions across all delivered projects.
