I build AI products that replace broken manual workflows. Right now, dental practices miss 30% of incoming calls because the front desk is too busy. Every missed call is a lost patient worth I built DentinFlow to fix that an AI voice agent that answers overflow calls, captures caller intent, and flows everything into a real-time inbox where the receptionist follows up in minutes, not hours.Before founding DentinFlow, I spent years in risk management at Questrade Financial Group, where I identified operational gaps and built internal tools to close them. I wrote PRDs, designed data pipelines, built Python applications for risk monitoring, and presented findings to leadership. That experience taught me how to think about products from the business side: what\'s the cost of doing nothing, who are the stakeholders, and what\'s the minimum intervention that moves the needle.DentinFlow is a multi tenant SaaS platform I designed and built from zero. The product roadmap spans 10 features across a 20 week timeline. I authored the PRD, defined the data model (50+ Prisma models), architected the AI voice pipeline (Vapi + Twilio + WebSocket for real-time transcripts), built the dashboard (Next.js), designed the API (Express, JWT auth, practice scoped multi-tenancy), instrumented analytics (PostHog), and set up CI/CD deployment (Railway + Vercel). I also built DentalSmilesNearMe.com as a top of funnel acquisition channel a dental directory powered by OpenStreetMap and Google Places data, generating SEO traffic for practice discovery.My PM superpowers: I can write a PRD in the morning, build the feature in the afternoon, and analyze the usage data the next day. I think in user journeys, not feature lists. I know how to scope ruthlessly (what\'s the narrowest wedge that proves the thesis?), run structured product discovery (premise challenges, alternative analysis), and ship iteratively with real customer feedback. I\'m fluent in LLM integration, prompt engineering, AI agent architecture, API design, and full stack product delivery.I also authored ASCEND, a comprehensive technical PRD for an AI coaching mobile application (React Native/Expo) featuring personality calibrated AI conversations, persistent memory architecture, and behavioral pattern detection. The 18-section PRD covers everything from database schema to cost projections.
