Passionate about leveraging technology in order to help colleagues work smarter, optimising their time and improve overall well-being.Responsibilities- Oversee Autodesk operations for Quadra Solutions, including new project management, customer support, and service delivery in accordance with ISO:9001- Maintenance of operational CAD and 3D Printing equipment- Developing operational strategy, optimise efficiency, minimise costs, enhance overall performance- Lead and mentor a team of technical specialists and customer success reps, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical delivery teams to drive growth and expand Quadra\'s market presence- Ensure successful delivery of CAD projects and services to clients, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to exceed customer expectations.Develop and implement quality assurance processes, monitor operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement- Authoring procedures and RAs for operational processes, for hardware and CAD software installations- Keeping on top of industry trends, best practice and emerging technology in the CAD space, providing strategic guidance & recommendations to senior leadership- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and innovation to enhance service delivery and drive operational excellence- Act as a projects liaison between internal teams.
