Areas of expertise and experience span Maintenance, Turnaround, and Project leadership and technical roles in Refining, Upstream Onshore, Offshore, and LNG. Starting in grassroots positions and growing to Manager and Director roles.In conjunction with my experience in various roles, I’ve had the luxury of working in over ten countries acting in leadership and delivery roles. Countries and locations span across the United States (Alaska, Gulf of Mexico, Indiana), United Kingdom (London, Hull, Aberdeen), Canada, Norway, Azerbaijan, Algeria, Angola, Egypt, Indonesia, Mauritania-Senegal, and Trinidad & Tobago.Beginning in Jan 2023 I began transitioning out of Refining back into Upstream after delivering the largest and most complex Turnaround in the Whiting Refinery\'s 130-year history. My current assignment centers on developing new Upstream Assets in Egypt and Mauritania-Senegal. Over the past two years, I’ve been assigned to the Whiting Refinery in Whiting Indiana. During this time my focus centered on TAR team reinstatement and alignment post an organizational reinvent and recovery from COVID while delivering Major Turnaround events in 20•••00K mnhrs) and 20•••25M mnhrs). Prior to arriving at the Whiting Refinery, in my past 10 years with BP, I was responsible for developing and maturing the BP Upstream Turnaround (TAR) program centered on building organizational capability and productivity over three distinct phases.• Phase 1 resulted in significant business impacts including a reduced number of TAR events, overall TAR days, and increased predictability. 20••••18: 100% of TARs on time and on budget, first for BP.• Phase 2 began in 2017 with performance and competitive positioning through global benchmarking initiatives.• Phase 3 began in 2019 by analyzing Turnaround systems and tools with a goal to pilot in Q4 2021.
