Spearheaded the migration of legacy Teradata utility ETL patterns to a modern Ab Initio platform as part of a $2.5M+ technology alignment and moderation project at Wells Fargo, with the project delivered on time and within budget. Led the on-site product management at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for CoreLogic’s VendorScape case management solution (7K users) and the DAISY mortgage database (3K users), including delivering 2K+ custom enhancements for VendorScape over 8 years. Orchestrated cost reduction efforts across all CoreLogic solutions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, including reducing click charge for 3270 Mainframes (generating $1.2M in annual savings) and identifying unused data to save $250K in annual data extraction costs.
