Led a Costume Department of 20 full-time staff members and additional overhire positions. Additionally outsourced work to other regional shops and independent costumers to supplement costume and craft needs.• Produced costumes for 12–14 productions each season: 8 mainstage productions, 1–2 holiday remounts, 1 summer production, 1–2 educational outreach touring shows, and the Alley All New Festival. • Developed a labor and materials budgeting process to align department resources for each production; balanced and negotiated artistic demands with the practicalities of a schedule where multiple projects overlap.• Created and managed annual budgets for materials and labor during the season planning process.• Re-evaluated design deadlines and set clearer expectations for department milestones; built in more time for internal planning with department stakeholders; developed a seasonal Gantt Chart and additional calendars to communicate timelines and processes. Worked with designers to meet milestones.• Worked with Production Management and Finance Departments to better document, budget for, and support the different areas of the costume production process. • Established processes to track labor allocations for costume production work—for both hourly and salaried staff—to document labor costs and demands.• Established weekly Shop and \"Team Leader\" Meetings to facilitate communication and planning. • Created policies and procedures for a Costume Rentals, Loan, and Sales program to add revenue opportunities.• Selected Costume Designers: Raquel Barreto, Sara Ryung Clement, Linda Cho, Judith Dolan, Helen Huang, Alejo Vietti.
