Key Responsibilities & Achievements:• Programme Leadership:Lead SQE activities for Emira and Evija platforms, covering First Edition, model year and bespoke variant updates. Ensuring supplier quality alignment with programme milestones.• Cross-Platform Quality Support: Provide quality leadership and support across Emira, Evija and Eletre programmes. Collaborating with cross functional teams to embed quality into early design phases and ensure robust execution from pre-series launch phases to serial manufacture.• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP):Drive APQP deliverables, including PPAP and supplier readiness for pre-series and production builds. Champion robust quality planning to mitigate risk and develop launch maturity.• Supplier Industrialisation Oversight: Manage supplier industrialisation activities, validating process capability, capacity planning and launch readiness for critical components and assemblies.• Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation:Lead structured problem solving efforts to resolve supplier quality issues. Implement corrective actions that drive long term quality improvements and prevent recurrence.• Innovation & Change Management:Support the introduction of new materials and technologies, ensuring quality standards are embedded and maintained through effective change control and validation processes.• Global Supplier Collaboration:Engage with a global supplier base to align with Lotus’ quality expectations. Conduct supplier assessments, audits and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.• Performance Monitoring:Track and analyse departmental KPIs, deploying improvement plans where necessary to elevate quality performance and ensure alignment with Lotus’ premium standards.• Build Support & Feedback Integration:Provide on-site quality support during dynamic/static builds and launch phases. Ensure lessons learned are captured and fed back into future programme development.
