As the Creative Pastor at LifePoint Church, I oversee worship, graphic design, video production and marketing. I love being part of a church that is welcoming to people from all walks of life and see story after story of hundreds of people finding mental, spiritual and relational healing. Since I began in 2017, I have been in the trenches with the rest of the team growing the church from around attenders per week, to now over 2,500. A few major projects that I would highlight would be multiple website re-designs, a complete overhaul and migration of our database system, developing a live-stream online campus that now has over 500 viewers per week, and a major building remodel in 2021. In the building remodel, I oversaw the AV system build out where my innovative nature shined. I was able to procure and install a complete audio, video and lighting system valued at over for under To achieve this I used a wide variety of networking, finding used equipment, and even getting to buy equipment at a liquidation rate from a nationwide pop-tour that was cancelled. I am currently working with other team members to provide helpful outside resources for mental and financial health, to help connect our community to people who can help them overcome all kinds of struggles. The other side of this quest is to create topical landing pages on our site that will drive traffic. In July of 2024, we began our first podcast, Extra with LifePoint. As the podcast producer, I have owned set-design, host and guest prep, editing, publishing, lighting, camera and audio equipment. We are already seeing this content drive faith conversations beyond sundays and are seeing growth in our online subscriber counts!I am a creative at heart, the things I enjoy the most about my job are leading the band each week and producing high impact video stories that highlight the healing and hope people experience.
