   As the Director of the Utah Operations for Centercode and a Senior Test Manager, I supervise the management of dozens of tests a year. I conduct projects for many of the largest manufacturers in the technology industry. We work within our SaaS application to recruit, select and manage participants from around the world to test the latest technology and measure the product quality. My role is focused interfacing with our clients to ensure tests are conducted to their satisfaction; implementing best practices within operations; providing consulting services on quality testing to our clients; and effectively managing our Utah team. With an emphasis on customer service and helping grow promote sales, we provide professional and detailed execution of customer validation tests. Centercode is a SaaS business delivering world leading software and services designed to help organizations of all sizes achieve highly successful Customer Validation tests. In my role, I ensure we utilize our SaaS application and the most effective test practices possible. I also provide a consultative function in helping design good projects and meeting customer needs. I am one of the founders of the company and have been on the management team since its inception. Throughout the company\'s history I have assisted in every capacity to help drive a successful business. I began in a role of Business Development, moved into Service Management and most recently lend my expertise in managing our most difficult projects.
