As an experienced sales and operations leader, I help OEM companies create go-to-market programs and sales channels that expand their value and reach through strategic partnerships. As more and more companies look to build/partner to offer flexible consumption options for their customers, including managed services or SaaS, they must change the way they approach partner programs, distribution, finance and sales. My goal is to make sure that transition is both smooth and profitable.Technology sales are no longer about features and functionality, but educating customers on new ways of thinking about new problems. The new charter for IT today is not about point solutions, but presenting new problem solving ideas and changing the way leaders approach their organization\'s capabilities. Every company is a tech company – or needs to be.I have had the opportunity to work with technologies that span enterprise software, security, converged infrastructure, virtualization, and more. All of the ‘new’ SaaS offerings and managed services are making IT more cost effective and elastic. However, they also add new complexity around data visibility, security, and design/deployment. I am a fast learner that embraces new ideas and differing perspectives and love the business of doing business.
