About Mike Faddis

As the Director of Systems at Microsoft Global Security, I have the responsibility and privilege of leading a team of security experts who safeguard our physical security systems, people, and customers at all our global sites. With more than 30 years of experience in security, crisis management, operations management, government, enterprise software, information security, and law enforcement, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role.My mission is to deliver innovative and effective solutions that enhance the security and resilience of our company and services, and to foster a culture of security awareness and best practices across the organization. I leverage my BA in Organizational Management from Northwest University and my Law Enforcement background to develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures, and to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and partners. Currently overseeing and working with security systems such as LENEL, Milestone, Genetec and others, I am passionate about keeping up with the latest trends and developments in the physical security field, and I enjoy mentoring and coaching the next generation of security professionals.
