ABOUT MIKE FLEMING

A motivated and dedicated person, wanting to provide a safe, high quality, technically sound and economic solution in all aspects of my work. A proven team worker with an adaptable and flexible attitude.I have been in the energy and offshore market for over 25 years gaining experience in through technical and commercial aspect of projects, as well as hands on experience offshore and in manufacturing facilities.I have worked in various project roles from project engineer to package manager.Experience in European, Australian, Japanese, African and Brazilian projects.As part of my positions on projects I have worked on all the different project phases. From concept, through the development detailed engineering phase, to the execution and project close out. This has involved working on following work scopes:• Package Management• Project Management/Engineering• Flexible Pipe Design & Manufacture• Writing/Approving project documentation (Cable Installation Procedures, Flexible Pipe Technical Review etc)• Cable/Flexible/Umbilical Installation Offshore• FAT witnessing & site inspections• Project Interface Engineer (WTG/Substation cable installation interface, Client Interface etc)• FEED/Pre FEED activities• Tendering• Ancillary Equipment specification• Deck layout • Vessel Mob/Demob• LoadoutsAs part of my work, safety and quality is of prime importance alongside a robust technical and economical solution for any given work scope.
