A principal in the Los Angeles KPFF office, helped to mold and shape the current office culture and expertise while training the future leaders of the firm, including several current principals. With a rigorous work ethic, instills commitment and perseverance within team members. Came into KPFF with hospital experience and began work immediately on lateral and gravity analysis of hospital projects. Involved with Healthcare design and construction for over 20 years, has extensive experience in the planning of new institutional and/or expansion projects. The drive to understand how to serve the healthcare community has allowed a deep understanding of building better campuses in service of myriad end users to develop. Beyond a deep expertise in Healthcare is a proven ability working in an interactive, integrated and collaborative team environment that can be applied to any building type. A passion for serving the needs of the team, the community, clients and end-users and drawing on past experience, capitalizes on lessons learned in the industry to streamline processes, seek out deficiencies before they turn into problems and collaborate to finds the best solutions to any challenge.Key accomplishments:Principal-In-Charge for all KPFF Office of Statewide Health Planning & Development plan/peer review contracts over the past 10 years.Developed the talents of the majority of principals currently working in the Los Angeles office of KPFF.Had a role in all of the significant healthcare projects region-wide over the last 26 years.
