   Directing all financial and operational aspects of this quickly growing emergency preparedness business. Identify resource constraints, develop, and implement solutions to those constraints. Develop pricing strategies for entry into the wholesale channel assisting with introduction into almost 200 retail locations. • Overhauled Balance Sheet and all Accounting. Providing accurate and timely financials for Management, Investors and BOD• Develop and implement annual budgeting process, 13 week cash flow forecasts and 5-year financial forecast for strategic planning and investment analysis • Successful negotiation and closing of bank line of credit improving cash flow and allowing for investment in working capital• Negotiated equity investment providing necessary cash flow and strategic partnership allowing accelerated growth• Drove investment in inventory removing a constraint on growth, allowing DtoC sales to nearly double• Led transition to 3PL in Mexico eliminating all duties & tariffs on DtoC revenue (up to 43% savings)• Drove update of all product costs leading to a prioritized focus on cost savings opportunities and product rationalization
