   This role gave me the opportunity to continue honing my skills in areas of post-sales Customer Support, such as field returns (RMA) and technical issue resolution. With extremely limited resources, I supported the entire Soraa brand of LED products, including legacy and new generation. In addition, I took on the responsibility of monitoring the field performance of Ecosense lighting products, the company’s main revenue producers, and addressing all quality issues with Contract Manufacturers and key suppliers. Finally, along with a colleague, I was hand-picked to manage our 20K s.f. NorCal R&D facility. • Integral part of 3-person operations team, enabling 25% of company’s revenue. • Supported $20M quarterly revenues for LED products, sold worldwide. • Drove continuous product and process improvement for a wide range of products with Engineering, Contract Manufacturers, and key suppliers. • Achieved 50% defect rate reduction over a period of a year for Trov Slim, the newest member of Trov, the company’s flagship product family. • Improved security and reliability of the building’s site access system and became proficient with its user interface.
