   As a Vistage Chair I lead groups of up to 16 business executives in a confidential, unbiased, and agenda-free experience where leaders of similar sized and non-competing businesses help each other to resolve common issues that prevent growth and suck up time. This is an experience that most business leaders cannot get from employees, business partners, consultants or their board of directors. I also support members in their personal and professional growth through one-to-one coaching as we prepare for and debrief the peer group meetings. Vistage members become better leaders, make better decisions and achieve better results.Since 1957, Vistage has been bringing together successful CEOs, executives and business owners into private peer advisory groups guided by expert executive coaches, known as Vistage Chairs.
