Initially hired into the role of Practice Manager for Columbus Regional Medical Group and transitioning to the Director Role in 2016. In the Practice Manager role supported day-to-day operations for 5 separate clinics. Directly supervising clinical and clerical staff in each of those locations, Established operations for new practices to include identifying staffing, equipment and technology needs. Identify and investigate new or forgotten streams of revenue. Directly review performance of front office and back office staff writing annual evaluations of those staff members while informing staff and providers of policy and procedure. Review and act on monthly productivity and report on the same. Apply clinical and clerical background to the conducting of daily business. As the Director of Practice Operations oversaw the operations of as many as 18 unique practices at a given time with responsibility for budgeting expenses and productivity in each of those. Responsible for timely payment of all Accounts Receivable for those offices. Work collaboratively with Hospital leaders to identify areas of strategic growth in the medical community. Helped to successfully ensure strict adherence to the requirements of Columbus Regional\'s Corporate Integrity Agreement. Establish and maintain contracts with suppliers and practitioners within the community to assist in caring for the local indigent population. Assisted with Budgetary planning and Capital Expense management and processing. Oversaw the transition to Piedmont Healthcare partnership for the clinical departments locally to include the build of the EPIC Electronic Medical Record, Supply Chain Finance and Human Resources transitions. Navigate Operations of the Covid Pandemic and its impact on healthcare delivery systems to include Telemedicine rollout. Established and closed the local, freestanding Vaccination Clinic
