In July 2021 I was heavily involved in the implementation and delivery of HR Shared Services across Centrica, moving our service from Service Connect to Workday Help. I was appointed to manage the new team of HR Triage, to handle all HR queries via Workday Help.This role involved creating new ways of working, fully training my team on the Workday system, whilst feeding into the design and implementation of Workday Help. Since our inception, we have continued toidentify process improvements and innovative new ways of working, enhancing the HR service we provide to the business.My role now involves overseeing the day to day response to HR queries raised via Workday Help case, supporting my team on any more complex queries utilising my knowledge of Workday. My team manage queries across a range of operational HR processes and provide the required levels of support to our employee’s across multiple geographies and businesses.During the last 4 years, we have become even more of a shared service function, taking on Group tasks such as long service recognition, P11D and P46 checks and proactive sickness absence monitoring
