The South Bay Professional Association (SBPA) is a professional organization of executive, managerial, and technical talent who are actively seeking new employment opportunities. We are a peer networking, support and training group that connects employers with professionals and executives for employment opportunities. The SBPA, the Torrance chapter of Experience Unlimited, is sponsored by the California Employment Development Department (EDD). SBPA is driven by the synergy of professional job-seekers and employers in facilitating career development, personal growth, networking, and no-fee placement. The SBPA provides its members with opportunities to maintain and develop professional skills by participating in leadership of the organization. Through involvement in committees such as Marketing and IT/Communications, members assist in developing, planning, and implementing events, web pages, newsletters, and workshops to help each other advance their careers. SBPA provides its members opportunities to maintain professional skills by participating in the management and direction of the organization through committee involvement. Committees include, but are not limited to: Executive, IT/Communications, Marketing, and Training.
