Ambitious and dedicated individual with a passion for technology and solving business problems.Currently, I am a corporate associate at Clark Hill PLC. In this role, I am responsible for preparing and negotiating corporate and transactional documents of all kinds, including entity formation and governance documents, operating documents, supply agreements, purchase agreements, compliance documents, and merger and acquisition documents. Clark Hill was ranked the 114th largest firm by The American Lawyer (“AmLaw”).Outside of work, I am a Board Member of the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners and serve on the Executive Council for both the Business Law Section and the Securities Regulation Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona.Before entering AmLaw, I worked in the corporate law groups of multiple mid-sized Phoenix law firms. In these roles, I focused on business transactions (mergers and acquisitions), securities, intellectual property, and corporate finance. I also advised start-up companies at every stage, from financing and initial formation through to a sale or initial public offering.While in law school, I was a Legal Intern for The Sun Devil Athletics Compliance Office, where I created an educational video with NBA Hall of Famer Bill Walton. Before this, I completed several internships in tax accounting and tax law. Most notably, I worked for the sixth largest public accounting firm, Grant Thornton, LLP, where I finished second place in the 2017 GT national intern competition.I attended Arizona State University for law school. In addition to my Juris Doctor, I pursued a joint Master in Sports Law and Business and a Certificate in Intellectual Property. I was the first person in law school history to graduate with a Joint JD/MSLB. I received the Dean\'s Award for Outstanding Performance and the Highest Distinction for Pro Bono Honors.Before law school, I attended Bentley University, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting. I received Dean\'s List honors, studied abroad in Florence, Italy, and was a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. As treasurer of my fraternity, I took leadership in an organization struggling financially. Using savvy business strategies, I successfully eliminated our ten-year debt of in only 9 months.Arizona State University was ranked a Top 25 Law School by US News. Bentley University was ranked a Top 10 Business School by Bloomberg, Number 3 Business School by Money, and Number 1 Accounting School by College Factual.
