I believe business is more than a means to profit—it’s a platform for purpose.As Chief Stewardship Officer at Strategic Doers Group, I equip Christ-following entrepreneurs to leverage their businesses for ministry. My Vision is simple but bold: to double the number of missionaries in the world through business that IS ministry.Instead of simply hiring teams, I focus on building collaborative communities of business leaders who steward their influence, serve people holistically, and operate with excellence and integrity. This creates a ministry in business while fueling other ministries through business—a model I call Integrated Impact.I live in Lynchburg, Virginia with my wife of nearly 20 years and our two amazing kids. We strive to live an Integrated Life, where faith, family, and work align. I’m also a facilitator with Faith Driven Entrepreneur, and serve on the board of Positive Alternative Radio.When I’m not coaching or collaborating, I love playing golf, listening to southern gospel music, and hosting BBQs and board game nights with family and friends.Micah 6:8 keeps me grounded: “Do what is right, love mercy, and walk humbly with your God.”And I’m inspired daily by Churchill’s reminder: “We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give.”
