I\'m an MIT and RPI educated engineering and business leader, and I\'ve spent 20+ years making a positive impact: managing multi-functional organizations; innovating and commercializing technology; leading globally dispersed, highly matrixed teams; and, developing new businesses.I\'m currently mentoring early career managers and helping guide startups through their hard times.
