SALES Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets across Major, Independent, E-commerce, and Licensed Store channels. Manage Canadian Sales & Marketing expense budgets. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with management and buyers of major accounts, license stores, and key accounts across Canada. Manage national sales force and drive growth through a variety of sales initiatives. MARKETING Work closely with Rip Curl USA marketing team to execute brand marketing initiatives. Drive trade marketing with major, wholesale, and licenses stores across Canada with seasonal campaigns. Lead Canada\'s digital marketing efforts and social media to build brand presence and drive sales online + offline. E-COMMERCE Managed the initial launch of E-commerce in Canada. Responsible for Canadian e-commerce management, digital marketing, seasonal marketing campaigns, inventory management, and driving year-over-year growth. Manage external agencies for performance marketing team and web development. SALES OPERATIONS Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of products, best in class service, and manage AP/AR.
