In my current role at Knight Frank Promise, I serve as a dynamic force in the learning and development (L&D) landscape. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, I engage with key senior stakeholders and proudly sit on the People Board, where I drive innovation in L&D strategy. My responsibilities encompass advising, implementing, and meticulously evaluating our L&D strategy. Significant milestones achieved- Revolutionizing L&D Strategy: I developed a comprehensive L&D strategy tailored to the needs of over 300 employees, introducing a pioneering first-time learning framework- Unlocking Commercial Opportunities: I spearheaded the creation of a fully commercialised L&D strategy, unlocking an annual opportunity worth Elevating Learning Management: Sourced and implemented a new LMS to efficiently deliver, manage, and measure the impact of our learning initiatives- Enhancing Onboarding: I established a national and regional induction experience. This initiative also involved the creation of a network of Training Champions dedicated to supporting newcomers- Empowering Core Competencies: I designed and delivered targeted business training modules, strengthening the core competencies framework across the company- Leadership Excellence: I introduced an Institute of Leadership (IoL) accredited Leadership Development Programme, nurturing senior people managers to become true leaders within the business- Strategic Partnerships: I fostered key relationships with external suppliers and vendors to provide continuous professional development (CPD), certifications, and prestigious post-nominals for our workforce- Streamlined Appraisal Process: I oversaw the smooth administration of the annual appraisal process, ensuring that it aligned seamlessly with our L&D initiatives, promoting employee growth, and furthering organisational excellence.
