Significantly revamped development process to provide more time for Commissioners to focus on highest impact work.Additional publications: Numerous shorter work products published each year, including successful re-launch of staff China Bulletin; contracted research papers. Congressional relations: congressional roll-out of Annual Report and other publications and year-round service as China resource typically involving touchpoints with over one hundred offices per year, across meetings/briefings/legislative consultations with Members, committees, caucuses, and individual offices. Press: Pro-active press strategy around Commission work products; active social media programming. Administration: staff HR, training, ethics, office policies, hiring/firing, staffing roles and needs, outside counsel, other outside contractors, IT needs, etc. Successfully re-launched intern program, updated website, oversaw IT migration, developed AI policy, etc.Budget: Manage annual budget process.
