Reporting to the CEO, I\'m responsible for the overall strategy, design, development, and implementation of the company\'s Human Resources function, including: • Business Partnership: Building relationships throughout the company by understanding how the business works and having a good sense of the “pulse” of the organization • Talent Acquisition and Development: Increasing talent capacity through efficient hiring and on-boarding and expanding talent capability through performance improvement and innovative training • Employee Relations: Strengthens the employer-employee relationship through measuring job satisfaction, employee engagement and proactively avoiding workplace conflict • Total Rewards: Responsible for overall design and administration of the organization\'s Total Rewards programs including compensation, benefits and other rewards • Safety, Risk Management and Compliance: Create and oversee programs to ensure legal standards are met or exceeded • Internal Communications: Increasing employee awareness and engagement through meaningful internal communication vehicles including intranet, town halls, email, video messages and more
