BT Global Contract Management Centre of Excellence oversees some of the most complex contracts across BT Group. These account for circa £4Bn in revenue. My programme is leading the journey from legacy to digital online. Automating and digitising legacy processes. The key focus is improving data quality, governance, compliance and user experience for over 900 contract managers and contract accountants worldwide.
