   I provide technological and business advice in support of validity, infringement and patentability analyses, and litigation matters. My expertise includes networking, Internet telephony, wireless communication technologies, telecommunications, graphics and imaging, speech recognition, cloud computing, routing, TCP/IP, and mobile applications.I have drafted or been involved in the prosecution of hundreds of patents in the U.S, as well as in other jurisdictions. I also have experience in numerous phases of patent litigation, including invalidity analysis, discovery, motion practice, and claim construction. I have been involved in multiple inter partes review proceedings. My practice includes patentability, validity, and infringement analyses, as well as client counseling with respect to the procurement of all types of intellectual property rights.I have written extensively on the patent-eligibility of computer-implemented inventions, and serve as a featured presenter for regular seminars on the topic as well.I chair MBHB\'s Software and Practice Group, which involves providing advice to firm attorneys and clients regarding patent strategy related to various types of computer-implemented inventions. I have also co-chaired our Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
