I cover all of our solutions, including Okta Workforce Identity, Okta Customer Identity, and Auth0. I am also an Okta Certified Technical Architect. Leveraging my extensive experience in Identity & Access Management, I work with my Okta colleagues to ensure our customer\'s requirements are met with the best possible solution. I build deep relationships with our customers here in Canada and the United States, always available to help implement successful outcomes and ensure the smooth planning, deployment, and ongoing use of Okta\'s solutions.I work closely with our solution teams, constantly increasing my knowledge of our solutions and identifying opportunities for improvements. I act as a conduit for our customers to provide direct feedback, ensuring their valued input is heard and helps drive future functionality. As information security is a constantly evolving field, I also work at continually learning to ensure I can respond to our customers’ requirements as they develop and identify new ways our solutions can help respond to them.
